About a Customer Number

If you want to use this application, you need a customer number.
A customer number is a 10-digit number that is used to identify the water supply location.
It is written on the receipt or payment slip.

But in case that want to start water service contract don't need it.

If you would like to receive a reply by telephone, please indicate this as well.

 * It may take up to 2 weeks to reply.
* We cannot answer questions related to water service contracts by email.
* Personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
