Inquiries about Tokyo Water App
For inquiries about the Tokyo Water App, please refer to the FAQ in the link below. You will be redirected to the Frequently Asked Questions page on the Bureau of Waterworks website.

If you cannot solve your problem with the FAQ, you can inquire by email instead. Please send your email to suitekikun@waterworks.metro.tokyo.jp.
At the beginning of the email, write your name, the location of your water contract, and your customer number (if you know it).
If you would like to receive a reply by telephone, please indicate this as well.
* It may take up to 2 weeks to reply.
* We cannot answer questions related to water service contracts by email.
* Personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
